⚓️ Plot Breakdown:

1. Curses and Ghosts

Young Henry Turner learns that his father, Will, is cursed to serve aboard the Flying Dutchman forever. The only way to break the curse is to find the legendary Trident of Poseidon, which controls all sea curses.

Years later, Henry joins the Royal Navy, only to encounter the ghost ship of Captain Salazar, who spares Henry to deliver a message: “Tell Jack Sparrow death is coming for him.”

2. Jack and the Compass

Jack is down on his luck — his ship, the Black Pearl, is still shrunken in a bottle, and his crew has left him. In desperation, he gives away his magical compass, unintentionally releasing Salazar and his ghost crew from their prison in the Devil’s Triangle. Salazar begins hunting all pirates, especially Jack.

3. The Race for the Trident

Jack teams up with:

  • Henry, who wants to break his father’s curse.

  • Carina, who possesses a celestial map hidden in a diary that belonged to her mysterious father.

The three go in search of the Trident of Poseidon, which can destroy all curses of the sea.

4. Barbossa’s Return

Barbossa allies with Salazar briefly, but when he realizes Carina is actually his long-lost daughter, he switches sides and helps Jack and the others reach the Trident.

5. Final Battle

At the ocean floor, a magical divide opens, revealing the resting place of the Trident. In the final battle:

  • Henry breaks the Trident, which destroys all sea curses.

  • Salazar becomes mortal and is defeated.

  • Will is freed from the Flying Dutchman curse.

  • Barbossa sacrifices himself to save Carina, revealing to her that he is her father just before he dies.

6. Endings

  • Will and Elizabeth are reunited, now free to live together.
